Jacob is a mechanical engineer and founder of Tisar. He has 40 years of experience in vibration analysis and was the first to import and implement predictive maintenance in dozens of factories across Israel.
Yossi Yaacoby

Yossi brings 25 years of experience in the water industry, specializing in water treatment, desalination, equipment manufacturing, and water supply systems. His career evolution from marketing director to key leadership roles showcases his expertise in water innovation and entrepreneurship. Yossi holds a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA with honors from Ben Gurion University.
